American Deli - Covington

The worst service of any American Deli we have been too. When calling in my order the girl on the phone kept asking me if I was done after every dish I ordered. Then when I said yes she just hung up on me without giving me a total. This is the 3rd time we tried eating here and the service was horrible every time. There wasn’t one time that they had the order completely right either. We will not be going back and will be going to another wing restaurant entirely.

I ASKED FOR HONEY GARLIC WINGS AND THEY GAVE ME GARLIC PEPPER. SO NASTY. I CALLED THE STORE ON 7/26 AT 6:38 AND ASKED WHY THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FLAVOR , THE POOR WORKER SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW I HAD TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE COOK. I SAID WHAT DO YOU MEAN TAKE IT UP WITH THE COOK DONT YOU WORK THERE ? SHE SAID YEAH BUT ITS NOTHING SHE CAN DO AND ITS NOT HER FOOD. SHE WAS RUDE. VERY GHETTO AND HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. IF I WAS THE MANAGER I WOULD FIRE HER.

The fries weren't even cooked. I brought the food back and the cashier took it personal. They don't give refund, cause they show the food to you. Well, they never showed it to me in the first place is the second time. I've been there and both times was terrible.Food: 2/5

Giving out old food, unprofessional, hung up when asked for a manager, stated manager was there, then stated no manager was there. Do not waste your time or your money! Look at ALL the 1 star reviews!! DoorDash needs to remove them immediately and they need to get a health inspector there ASAP!! How do you order extra crispy wings and they are ready right after! Arrived soft and fatty! Had to order at Mama Wings!

I ordered online the boneless wings and a chicken finger combo. Both meats were overcooked and hard. There was more batter than meat on them both. Some of The wings were burnt.Shame on the cook who could see that was not acceptable yet they sold it anyway! American Deli menu is too expensive to offer mediocre food! Just another lesson for me to check my food before leaving the store!
