What Robert Pfister doesn't like about Dunk:
I had lost my wallet and was tired. I gathered some spare change, mostly pennies, and went into the restaurant. I was told abruptly that they do not accept pennies. Feeling embarrassed, I left. I used to be a frequent customer there, but not anymore. Pennies are legal tender in the US, so this lack of understanding was disappointing. This experience did not reflect good customer service.
