What Will Madansky doesn't like about Dunk:
Drove out of my way to this location because the one near me is bad and it turns out this one is no better. Asked me to pull around and wait for my food. Went inside after 15 minutes and they were just now starting in my drinks. Missed opportunity for a potential customer. Customer service at this location is horrible. Make your coffee just sit it on counter don't let anyone know. The worse one around the area.
Terrible, got a chorizo wrap and it was cold!! The woman at the window wouldn’t ring up a pup cup for our sweet lab who was really excited to be there, told us we’d have to go back around.. and then made us pull around front to wait on our would soon to be cold food. Lazy, uncaring, and typical for the caliber of people we saw working here. I won’t be back, the Dunkin’ in Covington on 278 is MUCH better. Ps. They were out of croissants and the bagel was stale.

I received a beverage with a dirty messy lid with no napkins. I asked for less ice and got a barely full medium beverage. The staff lacks enthusiasm and I now remember why I stopped coming here.
Love Dunkins...I get the same thing everytime I came which is often. Most of the time my coffee is great!!!
