There should be more places like this in Covilha, not the old fashioned coffee shops where people are allowed to smoke ? . We have visited this cafe for the second time before taking our train back to Lisbon. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Well done ! Coming back soon...

The space is nice and bright, with minimalis... read more We stopped by here for coffee and a snack one weekday afternoon. It was busy but we managed to find a corner table. The space is nice and bright, with minimalist but comfortable furniture. The menu has a selection of gaufres and crepes with different toppings, as well as sandwiches and salads suitable for a light lunch. They also serve a variety of coffee based drinks and exotic teas. We ordered coffee and shared a gaufre with cinnamon and sugar. The coffee was good, and the gaufre was excellent. One nice additional touch was a play area for children with stools. a low table, and a nice selection of toys. Our one year old was a bit too little to enjoy the space fully, but it's great for slightly older children, and keeps them occupied while their parents enjoy their coffee a really good idea! I'd highly recommend this place for people looking for something a little different from a standard Portuguese cafe.

I would highly recommend this place for people who are looking for something different than a standard Portuguese caffe.
