The ordering system was very disorganized, and when I went to pick up the drink I had paid for, it was not available. The food was lukewarm to cold when we finally received it, and we had to pay extra for sauce. All the tables were dirty, as the overwhelmed staff member was trying to do everything. I will never eat there again.

This restaurant is a good option for a satisfying meal. The prices are reasonable and the pizza was served hot. However, the coffee from the machine was cold. The staff are dedicated and seem to handle all tasks, including cleaning, cooking, and serving.

This shop needs closing down. They sell stale food, dry bread. Service has gone down the drain Where are the health inspectors. Morrisons is silently killing people's health. This norm with them. Help!!!!

Today 1/3/22 after finishing our shopping we decided, as we 've done many times, to visit the in store café, for about the 6th time we decided to take a meal deal that was on offer, the deal was feed the family for £10 ,this offer we have had many times but today after ordering we was asked are the children with you? when we said no the assistant refused our order, we explained that a number of weeks ago a cafe team member told us that we could take the child meals with us but still they refused our order! At this point we left the cafe without purchasing anything! So well done Morrisons you managed to lose a sale and probably 2 regular customers, absolutely dreadful customer service.
