Passive aggressive hostility towards customers once recieving food. It's astounding how rude they are. If they get the food right it's about a 7 out of 10 however most of the time it's wrong, they never have any of the milk shakes or sweetcorn available. It's so very weird also that they put so much pressure on you to use the kiosk to the point of hassling you about it, as if serving customers is taboo. The toilets absolutely reek, the cleanliness could be substantially better 3 out of 10. We've been multiple times however the last time was the last straw, it was like pulling teeth getting any service. It should not be such hard work for a customer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The woman at the register was professional and... read more I had a pleasant meal at KFC yesterday afternoon, but I'm unsure if the quality will remain consistent over time. The woman at the register was professional and patiently waited while I made my choice. However, I found it a bit disrespectful when one of the managers interrupted her while she was helping me, as it appeared to undermine her responsibilities to the customers. On a brighter note, the atmosphere was surprisingly calm for a Monday afternoon. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10.

The... read more I'm a huge fan of KFC, and this location always delivers outstanding food. While it's a pity they don't have order screens, it's not a significant drawback. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. One employee, in particular, is exceptionally pleasant, and I wouldn't want to get on her bad side! The only downside is that it can become quite warm during the hotter months, and they lack outdoor seating options.

The bun was rock hard and the chips were greasy and mushy. KFC has changed so much. The portions have become tiny and the prices have become expensive. This KFC is very poor absolute second rate food. Will not be visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
