Today, however, I placed an order at 11:20 and the restaurant accepted it smoothly. The delivery was scheduled for 11:46, but it is now 12:26 and it has been an hour since I placed the order. The app still says it is trying to assign a driver, but it appears that the restaurant is closed. I have been unable to reach anyone for help, and they have already taken my money. Unfortunately, both my daughter and I missed out on a treat, and I am disappointed to have lost money in this situation.
