I visited the KFC near the showcase cinema, the front servery counter was filthy, after waiting a while to get my food of which was sub standard I went to the t... read more I visited the KFC near the showcase cinema, the front servery counter was filthy, after waiting a while to get my food of which was sub standard I went to the table where my family were waiting to find that the table was filthy and looking around the restaurant all the other tables were in a similar state. I asked the lady who was serving for a cloth to clean my table and was given 2 paper napkins, I said this wasn’t good enough and she said she couldn’t help it as she was on her own. I pointed out other people in the back ground and she didn’t really say much after that. If the front of house is filthy what sort of state is the kitchen in??

Went to the drive through and bought a bargain bucket of 10 pieces and a bag of 8 hot wings. The chicken in the bucket was nothing like I'd experienced before.... read more Went to the drive through and bought a bargain bucket of 10 pieces and a bag of 8 hot wings. The chicken in the bucket was nothing like I'd experienced before. The seasoning and breadcrumbs I remembered on the skin were tasteless, unseasoned and not sticking to the meat, so was just falling off. It was poor and very disappointing. It has put us off what we regarded as a real treat to have. The cost was also up since my last visit.

KFC recipe portions in general Ordered 6 piece bargain bucket Received 6 very small drumsticks only with Chips covered in what can be described as Pepper….£13.99!!!!

When I got to the counter I was... read more Went to try the new teriyaki burger. Ordered a meal at the self-service machine and chose a capuccino as my drink for 40p extra. When I got to the counter I was informed that they do not serve hot drinks at that branch and was told to pick from the cold drinks. I asked if they had any drinks that were not diet (I don't like diet drinks) and the server had no idea and tried to serve me diet drinks. I eventually chose the only drink that was not diet and asked for a refund of the extra 40p I had paid for the capaccino. This they did not want to do but I kept insisting. Eventually, someone went to get the keys for the till and refunded my 40p. The menu was wrong, the staff were ill-informed about their own products and the burger was only luke warm and mediocre.
