Additionally, they made a mistake with one of my order items. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I don't understand why they can't just leave the food at my address when I have already paid for it. It's completely ridiculous. I will never be ordering from this store again.

I also received gravy instead of beans. It's disappointing when the staff can't get a simple order right.

A... read more During lock down and whilst we were in the garden seeing parents after along time, we decided to get a KFC. Easy to order through the app and arrived on time. Although I had missed KFC, the chicken box was greasier than I remember, but quantity and taste was there. Fries were OK, but as with all fast food restaurants, the fries do go dry quickly. Did the job and fed us well (and enough spare for the evening meal).
