Reviews summary
In Coventry's vibrant dining scene, one restaurant stands out for its inconsistency, eliciting mixed reviews from patrons. While some diners praise the warm hospitality and authentic Nigerian dishes, others lament the poor quality of food, with complaints about bland flavors, overly cheap ingredients, and improperly served meals. Jollof rice garners specific criticism for its lack of depth and quality, leading to disappointing experiences. Despite these setbacks, a few visitors found delight in certain dishes, hinting at the restaurant's potential. To thrive, a renewed focus on quality and customer satisfaction may be critical for future success in this competitive landscape.

Yesterday, my family and I dined at this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious and we were warmly greeted by the staff who were very friendly and courteous. It had been a while since we had enjoyed such authentic Nigerian cuisine. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What Rebecca Pointer dislikes about Junction1ten:
Awful food, poor quality, old meat! Cheap rice, meat portions that are basically bone. Taste was bland and it was expensive. Missing items, could not get money back from just eat! Won’t order again View all feedback.

More recent review here. When I came to Coventry newly over a year ago, I bought food here and it was extremely terrible, I got food poisoning from the peppersoup and I promised never to patronise again. A year later, I thought things must have changed right? I was completely wrong. I ordered jollof rice and turkey. These guys literally use the cheapest asda or lidl rice to cook jollof rice and still charge £10 on top of it, the food is not tasty, the jollof rice was just colour and rice, Ghanaian jollof is miles better than this colour and rice, the turkey was as cold as a dog's nose. I have had really good food in Coventry but this is the worst food I have ever had in the whole of UK, it's extremely terrible. I should have gone back when I saw the place was empty. To the business owner, this is an honest review from a customer, please try to fix up else you will be out of business soon if you continue this way, use the right type of rice to cook jollof rice, make your food tasty and don't serve cold food.

Was here for the first time. I am not sure of the licence type whether a food outlet as well as a night spot. For a very small venue it was fully packed. It is worrying if ever there was a fire or any other emergency whereby the customers and staff had to exit the building.

Really good West African eating, had a few beaten yams and egusi. very good taste and the meat was well cooked, has tasted the back home.
Stopped buy to get something quick to eat. Really fast really tasty authentic food. Chilled environment. I do recommend their food and service.
