**Dining Experience Review: A Mixed Bag**
At this restaurant, experiences vary widely. While some patrons rave about the vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and delightful dishes, others criticize the loud music that hampers conversation, slow service, and a lack of cleanliness. Complaints about food preparation and poor communication among staff mar the overall experience, with instances of rudeness noted. Amid the chaos, complimentary drinks attempted to salvage some evenings, though not without confusion. Despite the inconsistencies, the venue's appealing decor and lively ambiance may still entice diners looking for a night out, though it may best suit casual gatherings rather than special occasions.
Feedback
Eating was nice, but the service was terrible. we waited for teller and cutlery for the old one after the food came and ended half an hour waiting each time we ordered a drink
Fomos atmosphere was so comfortable and pleasant. the staff was so nice and sweet. service was fast and friendly. eating was amazing, so tasteful, the decor was beautiful and the music made the whole atmosphere so vivid. perfect for a girl night or a date. would definitely recommend and add this to visit bucket liste of the place
The food was not prepared correctly, but we did receive two complimentary rounds of drinks. However, we were approached by bouncers who insisted we hadn't paid our bill, even though we had done so. There was a lack of communication among the staff; nobody informed the receptionist that our drinks were complimentary. She was quite rude to my husband when he asked her to get the manager who had provided us with the free drinks. When she did bring the manager over, she simply replied with an uninterested "oh."
Terrible … definitely wouldn’t return or recommend. Treating my work team to an evening out, 7.30pm extremely loud music so difficult to talk, drinks very slow, we had a cocktail tree and bottle of Whispering Angel. Toilets disgusting! food okay, basics basically brought from Wing Yip. No dressed code they were letting people in in hoodies for drinks at the bar, while eating our meal one of the guys (in a hoodie) walked past our table as he started to be sick across the floor. Enough said !
