We have been dining at Farleaf for nearly 10 years and have always received exceptional service and delicious food. Despite negative reviews, we understand that this restaurant has been operating for a long time and may experience occasional challenges. This is the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I was initially surprised by the prices, with most dishes ranging from £9 to £11, but once the food arrived, I was impressed by the generous portions and delicious flavors.

Hi you need to answer the phone i have just thown up so greasy sending food to trading standers. Prawn crakers chewy curry to greasy now not answering phone someting amiss
Lady on phone doesn't understand English . Asked if on ball hill /walsgrave rd ... didn't understand ...made order eventually... (wouldn't of bothered using at all if weren't for a family member saying get meal from there ... she was rude miserable and unhelpful...when on collection food gets pretty much SLAMMED on counter .. paid and asked for prawn crackers as spent X amount of money ... rude again ...then when home ..part of order weren't right ..rang explained to be told I was wrong ...customer service awful ..front of house is important as that's who a customer sees speaks with...this person needs a degree how to be with people polite helpful etc
Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants and delivery services in Coventry. They always ensure that the food is delivered exactly as requested. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and the taste is simply outstanding. Fern Leaf is definitely a standout choice. The Food Standards Agency rates it 3/5, which could be improved, but it's still a respectable score. This indicates that the food preparation area meets a decent standard, although there's room for improvement. Overall, it's a lovely restaurant.
