our food was lovely tasty and hot as usual. unfortunately we did have quite a few bones in the chicken filet burger. which our teenage son choked on. we have received a refund for the meal and we are happy with that. View all feedback.
What James wilson doesn't like about Eastern Diner:
Order arrived 40 minutes after the planned delivery time, driver said traffic was busy but we live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. It was a real shame as unable to eat due being cold. Its a shame as I have collected food from this place before with no issues. View all feedback.
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The staff is very rude, they hang up on customers and serve dirty food instead of fresh. The mayo on top was clumpy as well. I would rate this restaurant a 1, but honestly, they don't even deserve that.
Got a message saying our food was on the way. 45 minutes later the delivery guy turns up with cold freezing cold food. We didn't take the food and we didn't pay.
Will never order again from this rude takeaway disgusting service they get the order wrong n be rude to the customer
The food used to be excellent we very often ordered from Eastern Diner even though we live in the opposite side of the City. Lately, every order has been below the usual standards 9 times out of 10 missing an item. Tonight the order was wrong, 2 doner kebabs instead of 1 doner 1 chicken. 1 doner was overly salty, the other was binned as I don't like them. The usual crispy chips were soggy undercooked. I didn't bother phoning on this occasion due to previous rude responses. I did contact Just Eat.
Shocking terrible service extremely bad mannered raised a complaint got verbally abused avoid at all costs
