**Spire Bar: An Experience of Intrigue and Inconsistency** Nestled in the heart of Coventry, Spire Bar offers a unique ambiance, transformed from a charming old church spire. While some patrons rave about the delicious Indian street food and expertly crafted cocktails, others lament issues with service and food delivery delays. Reservations are sometimes ineffective, and inconsistent communication can lead to confusion regarding dining options. The food—delicious Indian street food—was great, with generous portion sizes. It was delivered from Sky Blue Tavern in about 20 minutes (since Dhillon’s Spire does not have an on-site kitchen), but we were the only ones enjoying bottomless brunch that day. Amar also crafted some amazing cocktails for us. The entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for bottomless brunch or simply for drinks and cocktails. I will definitely be returning soon!
We were given a booth in a quite place, offered to move if needed and also told we could have the music turned down if we wanted it lower. Service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Love the atmosphere Dhillion’s Spire Bar! I would recommend it to everyone.
We arrived at the Spire Bar and mentioned that we had a reservation. The bar staff acknowledged our booking, but after that, things went downhill. We ordered drinks, which cost an exorbitant £25 for four pints. No one directed us on where to sit, so we ended up finding a table in the outdoor area. At no point did anyone offer us menus or suggest that we could have a meal. After finishing our drinks, we decided to leave and go to Wetherspoons around the corner for our meal instead. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
