I have visited Aladdin a few times over the years, but my most recent experience has confirmed why I haven't been back more often. With recent management changes, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the Shisha was the worst I have ever had, with fake flavors and cross-contamination of pipes. The high price of £13 was not justified. I also found the £5 mint tea to be overpriced for the area. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The customer service was poor, and the loud music made it hard to enjoy the evening. After only 15 minutes, my wife and I decided to leave, feeling disappointed. Despite its potential, the restaurant was empty on a busy Saturday evening. If the management does not improve the quality of the offerings and service, the business will suffer. I will not be returning.

The shisha is abysmal, Seats are filthy and seems don’t change the water in the pipes as often. You’ve been warned!

The place is always empty which isn't a bad thing but when me and my friends tried some of their food it was absolutely mediocre at best, the waiters treat peop... read more The place is always empty which isn't a bad thing but when me and my friends tried some of their food it was absolutely mediocre at best, the waiters treat people horribly and even kicked me and my friends out of the already awful restaurant since they thought me and my friends are fighting even though we was just having banter. Never set your foot here unless you want to waste money.
