The long haired kid working the window is incredibly rude. This morning they handed my mom a coffee without the lid on and it spilt all over her and completely burnt her. Him and his other coworkers stood there doing completely nothing. NOT ONE APOLOGY AND COULDN’T EVEN GIVE HER NAPKINS. My mom had to ask for her own napkins which is unbelievable. The lady manger stood there doing completely nothing. This is a poor excuse for a dunkin and they have poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
