New Year Super Menu! Fresh, refined, beautiful! Happy New Year!
Once again, the meal exceeded our expectations! What a delight! A true feast for both the heart and stomach. Kudos to Chef Fred at Corman for his excellent cuisine! Don't hesitate to try it, a wonderful evening awaits you at this unique bistro, Absinthe.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with a beautifully designed menu and expertly made savory sorbets. The service was excellent, thanks to Frédéric and Jean-François. We will definitely be returning.
