Oncle Scott's - Coutances

The place is funny. The burgers are okay but not knicker ripping. Staff tries to be friendly and helpful. It is a restaurant chain after all. The quality is not more than average. It is not worth a detour but if you are bored of sea food.... We would probably not go again

Not easy to find but very popular. The staff are very friendly and a very good menu with lots of choice. There is also a specials menu which is also worth remembering, tonight was kangaroo meat. We had a Scott's cheese burger (very tasty) and the shark which I understand was very good as well. We didn't reserve a table, which wasn't a problem at evening opening time, but it looks as if they get busy later on.

J'adore ! Je n'en ai pas par chez moi alors dès que j'ai l'occasion j'y retourne ! Le décor est super, cette fois on a mangé en prison et on a bien rigolé. Les assiettes sont énormes ! Et qu'est-ce que c'est bon!!! Les frites de mais : une tuerie ! Les formules du midi sont vraiment très intéressantes !! Les serveuses étaient à l'écoute et le patron vraiment très sympa. Je recommande et conseille vraiment. Un conseil, le week-end, pensez à réserver car ça se remplit vite :)

Funny place, cowboy western styled, food was good, service was good, atmosphere good. Fun place and decent value. Would be happy to go again

A 40-minute wait for service is simply unacceptable. The staff were less than helpful. There were a few wandering around as the place wasn't all that busy. We had to get up and ask for assistance... which we didn't get. Also, the menu was limited and prices appeared a little inflated. We went to the nearby McDonald's and received polite, friendly, timely service. Learn something Uncle Scott!!
