What Rose Goodin doesn't like about Potbelly:
Order here all time. Food is very good. Online order is always way late while I stand there. Not the employees fault. Not enough help. Considering trying the other one in View all feedback.
Bad menu, no bathroom, no driveway. I dont want to pick my toppings either. Also overpriced. Also why is there no 20% tip option. Thats supposed to be standard.
Mass confusion. Need to do a little training. A revamp of store flow need to be revisited
The A Wreck Skinny was delicious and just the right portion size and calorie count for lunch.
I love this place! Food is excellent and staff is great! The steak sandwich is my favorite!
Went in today and the bread was hard and the shake tasted like ice cream and milk no sweetness
