Youni's Donair - Courtenay

I love the donair this place makes! Super friendly guys! Not a place to eat in as it's really small but it's our favourite hangover food! Huge portions and excellent sauces!

It is quite small but there is some indoor seating. Two of us got takeout here, we love middle Eastern food and eat it as often as we can. But we must have come on an off day. Both of us found our chicken very overdone and dry, spouse said it was almost burnt and not that fresh. Other items on the plate were good and quite tasty although the salad was too salty. Prices are similar to what we've paid elsewhere for same menu. We want the business to succeed and will try again, but only once.

When I saw the reviews I was worried about how our experience would be Well I was plesantly surprised.

Gorgeous views! This restaurant was a huge hit for us! The staff was wonderful! Especially our waitress! The food was delicious and beautiful
