I enjoyed a delightful selection of African nectar rooibos tea, along with some incredible locally brewed coffee. I was just here because I saw a review that they had a great matcha latte, and young do they ever! they must use a really good quality ceremony degree, it was sweet and smooth, no bitter aftertaste. the best I ever had (and I had a lot. I will be back in any case:
Super kind, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast bagel thing too! Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, real local vibe, plant milk options and lots of choices. Fair warning, the vegan breakfast cookie is quite dry (I still get them though). You can sit indoors or outside. Famously the weekly meetup spot of the Comox Valley Amateur Radio Club who have enjoyed the Bayside for years.
The new owners are friendly and are making Bayside an even better experience for the wide range of people looking for the right comfortable nook.
Good price for beans. Frirndly staff and good snacks. Looking forward to trying the sandwiches. Drip coffee was weak but that's ok, usually I get an Americano, next time! Thanks for the hard work.
