Starbucks - Courtenay

The decaf Americano is always excellent. We had a grilled cheese sandwich and the sour dough bread was very tasty!

Saw a lot of negative reviews and I wanted to state my piece. These baristas have been on OVERDRIVE with the other 2 locations in town being closed and they are doing an amazing job. Yeah wait times can be a little high but I have no idea what you expect when there are 10 other people waiting for very high maintenance drinks. Get a grip if ur crying over waiting 15 mins for a coffee and make it at home if it's such a big deal. The customer service has been amazing from my experiences and I will keep coming back. Too loud inside the store. Slow slow ? slow. Staff is not very happy, it seems. Coffee, I'm not sure it seemed like they served me hot water.

These baristas were sooo busy today. I waited at least 15 minutes for my mobile order and I still didn’t see my order being made. When I checked with one of the baristas she said it was second on the list. But, the other barista decided to make mine right then for me. I am very thankful for this because today is my birthday. It is nice when people who are serving you are thoughtful and go the extra mile for you. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work.

I did not need coffee guy telling me that coffee lids were available across the restaurant. If you are going to fill the up to the brim, put a lid on it for me. They are right behind you also.
