McDonald's - Cournon-d’Auvergne

Very disappointed with my passage in this dirty mac do badly organized and especially with 1 disrespectful and aggressive employee!!!!

This do mc is located right next to the zenith of Auvergne. Last night, big night at zenith, so big awkward at the McDo. An endless tail. Order 2 wraps, 3 burgers, 2 drinks, past 7:03. At 7:35 we ask for reimbursement, like many other customers. The couple before had been waiting for us for 45 minutes with young children who were leaving for the evening without eating, so grcious demand for nuggets and fries, not without pain in the face of the responsible who had come to stop the kitchen and who was making the refunds. I'm sorry about a very aggressive tone... we're missing staff. It's not our problem. For a quick catering so close to a venue, we make sure there are enough staff to serve people. A very strange impression also on the part of the customers who were waiting for their order to take away... we saw a lot more customers served in the room than bags to take away ready. Little remark, however... the lady who managed all this at home and at the crate was very active, overwhelmed and would need help, she did the utmost to satisfy the customers, with the means of the edge. Thanks to her.

I asked to have another McDo sketch because there paper was really inlaid in the bread of the one that served me, I heard in the kitchen that I was a jerk who broke the paper because “it’s normal that the paper sticks to the bread”.
