avoid them at all costs. my mother opened a bottle of sauce that literally exploded. she warned the waitress that the sauce was not good. the waitress put the sauce back on the buffet. another man took the sauce and said the waitress, it had expired, but nothing to do. the sauce remained on the buffet.
