Horror customer service of the Russian speaking man. Zero empathy and absence of a service-oriented approach. Man is rude. He chased two clients and we'll never come back again. He forgot to put the "Close" sign on the door and close the door! and was quite impolite to answer sarcastically to our question if the Tabac was opened. Anyway, never again.
