Absolutely amazing hotel and very hospitable people. They were helpful in all needs, activities and their reservations, restaurant reservations, ski hire, and more. Hotel service need huge improvement, we will never ever stay in this place again very disappointed. Breakfast quality for 3 star hotel, stuff doesn’t understand English and every time you ordering something they bring different order. A house always as welcoming and well maintained. The ideal place to relax in peace in Courchevel.
We came to share a taste with my wife, we were greeted by a staff in small care. The tea time was delicious, with a wide choice of sauces and jams to accompany your crêpe or gauffre in front of a sublime chimney fire. It was a faultless one, the service was perfect.
