This restaurant is consistently the top choice for fresh cheeses, meats, and more. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making it a pleasure to have known them for all these years.

Wonderful little spot off the main drag, near free parking. Sat on the patio in the sun for a couple hours enjoying rose and picnic platter. Fabulous selection of wine, cheese and antipasto. Roasted tomatoes blew my mind. Lovely owner lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Left with a bag full of goodies!!! Will definitely go back when in coupeville!

Loved it! The owner and staff were so friendly (typical Whidbey Island! , welcoming and helpful and the wine and cheese were delicious. Their charming patio, surrounded by lavender, is my new home away from home. :

Bayleaf has cheese in a lovely glass case that they hand cut to the size that you need. The cheese purchased there has been carefully handled from the producer to the purveyor. It has never been sealed in air-tight plastic wrapping that would truly take away the integrity of something as beautiful as this hand-crafted food. The wine selection is lovely, and the staff is extremely knowledgable. They can assemble beautiful trays for parties or for just two. I love bayleaf, and I love sharing my little secret!
