I would like to thank the beautiful lady on the self-scan today afternoon. she could see that my baby was annoyed and I fought with the child car she just came here and helped me with the child car and got me a place! excellent customer service!

I would just like to thank their fellow workers who have offered today, one who has found me a car with a small child and baby seat, the cash that kept my baby while I packed and the dame that came to help when I take the car with a hand and hungry baby in the other. every time I get into these, the teamworkers are great with the babies, usually provide entertainment while they turn while I packs pockets.

The girls in the caffe in this invite to praise. so pleasant and friendly does not take anything too beautiful to be and the young girls work there, there is a real joy at this business.

Just like to say thank you to some of your wonderful staff. I was in your store today when my 3year old took a tantrum and had a little accident. I asked one of your staff if there was something to clean it up with, he promptly went and got the cleaners to help and a gentleman called Paul who came to offer to help get my son a change of trousers. He assisted us over to the clothing section and got a lovely lady called Claire to assist us, she came with wipes and clean trousers for my son. As I'm heavily pregnant I got all emotional, as you do, Paul offered me a cup of tea and a sit down whilst I pulled myself together and kept my shopping safe out the back. Just can't thank them enough.
