Customers have complained of incorrect orders, rude and unprofessional staff, missing items in their meals, and difficulties in communication. The drive-through service has been particularly frustrating, with technological issues leading to long wait times and mistakes in orders. The once pleasant dining experience has been marred by disorganization and a lack of attention to in-store customers. Complaints have been made about missing items, cold food, and the inability to contact the restaurant for rectification. It seems that the restaurant's quality has declined significantly, leaving many customers dissatisfied and vowing never to return.
The driver was initially upset with my son's behavior, but still managed to deliver the food. However, he then returned to our door and started swearing.
Behaviour of deliveroo and other drivers appalling while waiting for their orders. Noisy, raucous behaviour, quite intimidating for young children. Please sort this out.
The fries were super tasty BUT the drive thru was long and my Cadbury’s creme egg McFlurry was nice but the orange syrupy bits in it weren’t great
Stop being so stingy with your chips. I paid for a meal not a few crumbs, just cos it's busy doesn't mean that customers should receive less.
4 miles from our holiday cottage it was quicker to drive there than do the washing up!!!! Usual McD's high standards!!!
