I ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats for priority service, but my food took nearly an hour to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did finally come, the chips were ice cold and inedible. The chicken on the burger was so dry that the edges were hard and I couldn't even eat it. View all feedback.

Called in for lunch, never again, the food in this place is awful, the chicken fillets were rock hard, the handful of chips what you get were cold, the chicken burger was terrible and the bun was very dry, dont waste your money, go elsewhere.
We'd had issues here before. I ordered food a few weeks ago only to drive home and find that the order was wrong. I returned to the store and the food was replaced. Drive the seven miles home to find it was still wrong. Waste of time and money. The latest appalling experience involved waiting twenty minutes for food. When we finally got it, the female who served us apologised for the delay and stated that she'd upgraded us to large fries as a result of the wait. When we checked the food, she hadn't. In fact, we had half a standard portion in the bag. I re-entered the store to find the staff member chatting to her colleague, with her back to the counter and, having waited to be noticed, I excused myself for interrupting her and asked her if the fries I had with me we're what she's call a large portion? She walked away, not to be seen again. No acknowledgement, engagement or apology. Gone. I'd had enough by now, so advised her colleague that, although I wasn't trying to be awkward, I needed to speak with the manager as I wanted the number of the franchisee to make a complaint. He went to get the manager, who never bothered to present themself. I told the staff member to forget it. The food was appalling. Dark brown, cold, dry and tasting of dirty oil. The sandwich had been thrown together and, considering the amount of times I saw service staff touch their mouth and nasal areas prior to handling people's food, I was in two minds whether to eat it or bin it. The coke was as flat as tap water. Unbelievably bad food, a filthy restaurant, shockingly bad service and an apparently apathetic manager. What more reason would anyone need to avoid this place like the plague?
Came to kfc ordered on the app the woman was awful and rude, said she would spit in somebody’s food me and my friends were the only customers in the building, told me I had to tell her I ordered on the app when she was looking right at my order and I was the only one waiting for an order, needs to have a better attitude when she’s talking to customers
Went through drive through while waiting watch your staff throwing food around not one of them wearing there ppe hygiene is rubbish if you don't want food poison don't eat here

And on top of that the prices are ridiculous. It’s fast food. Good way to loose customers. We went to McDonalds instead.
