I ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats for priority service, but my food took nearly an hour to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did finally come, the chips were ice cold and inedible. The chicken on the burger was so dry that the edges were hard and I couldn't even eat it. View all feedback.

Popped in for a cheeky KFC cause let’s face it, it’s delicious. Was very disappointed as we waited to order our food on the screens. When through what we wanted and when we tried to pay it kept saying declined. We then went to the counter and was told that the contactless isn’t working. If I could give zero I would. Ordered for a delivery with Uber eats. The delivery was late and then half the order didn’t show up. Rang to complain and staff member admitted that it was their fault they hadn’t given the pop to the driver. Told me there was no way to solve it other than me going to collect it. If I could’ve collected I would’ve done so in the first place. Absolutely disgusting.
Visiting here on a Tuesday, 11.30, just before college descended on it, it was nice and quiet. Ordering from a kiosk was the usual run around but eventually got there. Service comes via an employee at the till yelling your number across the counter. There aren 't any pleasantries, not a hello, here 's your order, thank you just a take your order approach. OK. The meal itself (see pics and receipt for price) was OK I didn 't expect that ! It was quick service but for an empty place, I 'd expect it. The chicken was hot, nicely cooked and quite delicious. The signature fries were a lot down. 36 fries yes I counted them, a lot were end bits and small, not whole fries. They were kid friendly temperature , which together with them being greasy and some nearly hollow, made me think they 'd been lying in a heat box for a while. Tasty but too greasy for me. You also don 't realise until you 're half way through your meal, you have to go back to the counter and request napkins! A bit of a shame for the time of day and lack of customers. This was a missed opportunity to impress me to be a loyal customer returning time and time again. In summary, if your a KFC fan, then this is on par for you if you 're still waiting to be a convert like me, you 'll have to wait a little longer to be impressed.

And on top of that the prices are ridiculous. It’s fast food. Good way to loose customers. We went to McDonalds instead.
The service at this restaurant was very slow, with nothing prepared and a ridiculous wait time. The staff seemed too busy talking to each other and when asked for a refund, some had a terrible attitude. I definitely recommend customer service training for some of the staff.
There were no napkins or hand wipes available anywhere.
