I was pleasantly surprised by this burger! It was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I tried the double cheeseburger. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with a noticeable char from the grill. The prices were also reasonable compared to other options in the area. I'll start with a positive note - the marino sauce for the cheese sticks is really tasty. However, that's about where the praise ends for this restaurant. I can't understand why people rave about their Italian sandwich. It was possibly the worst thing I've ever tried. The bread was as hard as a rock, and the sandwich smelled like wet cat food. Very pleasant environment and excellent sampling of Chicago foods. Especially enjoyed the beef/sausage sandwich!
Stopped in to grab a quick hot dog and fries and the food was just awesome and its a family owned business every one was super nice. Will be back again when I'm in Chicago!!! Great Food.
First off they brought me the wrong food. I called to let them know and to have them correct their error and she just told me too bad. She read the ticket wrong...I am so mad that these small businesses don't care enough to correct their mistakes and screw the customer. I am at work and cannot go and fix my food that's why I spent double the cost of my food to have it delivered. GH reimbursed me my money but I still have to wait 5 days. UNREAL that this joint is still in business and very surprising. I will never go back again, I hope they get shut down due to health concerns, maybe I should call the health department on them.
Great prices, speedy service, fresh and crispy fries. No complaints
Burger was great. Tasted like sirloin and fresh. Onion rings however not good. Friendly staff, reasonably quick service.
