This place is beautifully arranged and reminds me of Whole Foods in a positive way. It’s a holistic and health-conscious supermarket with a great selection of essential produce, root powders, and supplements aimed at improving health. They also offer body, skin, and hair care products, as well as a raw juice bar. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they even have reference books for researching health topics you're interested in! Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. Remember, our health is our true wealth!

Sunrise is the perfect place if you're looking to eat healthily. I love getting my vitamins, vegan snacks, and smoothies from there. Their vegan chocolate muffins are incredible, and on some days, they offer delicious vegan apple muffins too. They are absolutely amazing! I could rave about it more, but I’ll keep it short for now.

The smoothies here are absolutely the best in the world. However, the ladies who make them could really improve their customer service; it often feels like I'm pulling teeth just to get a pleasant interaction. They hardly engage or acknowledge your presence while waiting. It's surprising because the cashiers are really friendly. I hope the smoothie team doesn’t negatively impact your business with their attitude, as this has been a consistent experience. I visit once a week and would love to see an improvement!
