What Christina Gardner doesn't like about Scooter's Coffee:
Pulled up to the speaker and the girl with the long dark hair refused to answer us. Then we pull up to the window and they are standing there drinking their drinks ignoring us. New staff is horrible! No customer service at all and now you are refusing business. They also don't turn on the outside lights. Scooters it is.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
I absolutely LOVE this location. I have one that's actually closer but go out of my way to see the ladies at 16th. The GM is AMAZING. They are always so sweet to me and ask me how my day was. I've never had a rude or unhappy employee. You guys are doing awesome keep up the good work and thank you again for this morning ????
Been coming to this location since I moved here to council bluffs, I give them a 3 star because they are awesome for the most part but for some weird reason my order was just a so BAD, MY WHIP CREAM to my coffee were smashed down with flat lids and didn't get any explanation or apology as to why I got my coffee's like that and for the amount the coffees cost I should've atleast had an apology especially for my waffle sandwich I opened as soon as I got it and it was just scattered all in the bag this visit was by far the worst.
I love this location! The girls are super nice and even switched my order to save me a little money! Definitely going with the Mounds blender from now on!
The staff at this location is top notch; they are friendly, efficient, and supply my Scooters fix! My dog Mika loves their Pup Cups too
This is a drive-thru only scooters however that doesn't take away from the atmosphere. I love the Snickers smoothies or otherwise known as the turtle smoothies and I've had their muffins and cookies and they're all delicious. Definitely a must go to.
