We visited Veteran's Day. We love the coconut yarn. I also had a bowl of Clam Chowder. Perfectly baked potato with butter and sour cream. We had such a friendly waiter. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster Council Bluffs:
We went for a pick-up order and were greeted warmly by the host when we arrived. Thankfully, we didn’t have to wait since we arrived 15 minutes early to celebrate our anniversary. However, we were disappointed with the food. The food was great, ordered the seafood feast. Plenty to eat. Tender shrimp, and lobster. Would have preferred a better seat, however, we were near the bathroom. We asked, but that's what we got.
The waiter Terra was phenomenal and the service and food quality was great! Brandon the manager was super nice and helpful with every question we had! Definitely eat here!
Service was good. I know times are hard, but the price increase is seems big, portions are smaller. Salad is now considered a side choice. They were out of some sides... If I am going to pay the price, I want my favorites!
The food was fantastic! The artichoke dip was excellent, the snow crab legs were outstanding, and the bacon mac and cheese was really tasty as well.
The food at Red Lobster was excellent as usual. The service was a bit slow, but they had just finished a busy period, so I completely understand. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner experience.
