It tends to be busy, and like many places nowadays, they are a bit short-staffed. The managers are friendly, and the staff is generally helpful. The meat department stands out for its quality, and they’ll cut meat to order if you ask. I appreciate that they offer online ordering and have a well-organized pickup system.

While prices can be a bit high, you'll discover unique items that are hard to find anywhere else. In my opinion, you must try the mini gourmet cupcakes for an unforgettable flavor experience!

Excellent store with incredibly helpful and friendly staff! The woman who works the register by the deli during lunch is especially sweet, kind, and cheerful. She's absolutely delightful, and I really enjoy chatting with her whenever I stop by!

The store offers nearly everything you could think of, plus some surprises that you might not expect to see. It’s actually enjoyable to wander around and take in the lively atmosphere. I’m pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection available in Council Bluffs, Iowa. There’s also a charming café inside the store! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This grocery store is definitely a hidden gem!
