My one and only complaint is with Open Table. I paid $10/person for premiere view seating at time of making reservation with Open Table. At 5:15 the shades are automatically covering the windows due to sun. I don't feel I should have been charged for a reservation at that time of day. Disappointed in Open Table. View all feedback.
What Michael Kinney doesn't like about 360 Steakhouse:
Our server was more invested in other tables than us, but kept up on drinks decently. Bread rolls tasted like frozen rolls from the grocery store. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. When the server went to run our card, she billed us for another table’s order instead. Now we have to limit our spending money for the casino. Overall not a very enjoyable experience. Made reservations for 6:15 6-15-24. Arrived and decided to sit at the bar. Sara, our server, was great. We decided to order the Prime Rib Flatbread. It arrived perfectly cooked and was great. The flatbread was $13.95, filled both of us and we had a glass of house Merlot to enjoy the terrific view. Highly recommend the above. Will return soon. Great value with great view!
I had the salmon on risotto and it was perfect flakey salmon. Appetizer was crab rolls and they were delish and salad and bread went with my meal perfectly! My husband steak was too done and they replaced his whole meal love the view of the river and the city just cool
Great view of Missouri River and downtown Omaha from our table. Grilled scallops with king crab risotto was outstanding best risotto I've ever had. Waiter was very friendly and attentive.
Oh how to start. As a waitress who works in a restaurant, I’m super disappointed. Not only is this place more expensive than my place of work , but it’s supposed to be fancier. I won’t lie, the server is as super nice and friendly. Trying his best as possible, but below is a picture of the chicken tenders a five year old was served. A 16 year old at my place of work can cook better than that. How does one not check the temperature or even how long they’re in. As a waitress who helps out in the kitchen from time to time, I know better. Absolutely disgusting, and since no one came by long enough for me to say this I’m posting a review. No one came like a manager when we told them that the five year old ate more than half of it. Although it was removed from the bill, it’s still disgusting. You’d expect more to happen when you possibly gave a customer salmonella but we didn’t even get a true apology. I don’t know about everyone else but I wouldn’t want to eat that!
360 was a fine dining experience. It is a beautiful restaurant! The Bartender Sara, was awesome; we had an incredible waitress Megan was just incredible with her service and kindness. The chefs prepared an exquisite meal! The view, breathtaking!
