Bus Depaysant - Couiza

This is bus with a kitchen and a tent like structure attached, it is situated directly accross from Inter Marche Couiza. It is not fine dinning but more rustic Cafe Resturant, they specilise on burgers but on this occassion I had the plate de jour which was lamb chops my wife had the Salad Vegtables and Humis , she said it was delicious. My lamb was excellent one critisimn would be to change the potatoes that are used for fries, they have to much suger making them to brown. The wine list is excellent using local wines of fine quality. I must repeat that its not fine dinning but we will certinally return. Good luck to the patrons. PS its a dry toilet there. This is a perfect place for lunch or dinner, whether you live in the area or passing through. They have a small offering, which means it is all extremely well cooked. The amazing burgers are what we go for with with all the meat locally sourced as well as most of their other ingredients. There is always a veggie option on the menu. Top that off with great service, this is a must.
