Vinny's And Grill - COUDERSPORT

Traveling through the area visiting the PA Grand Canyon and the place was suggested to us since it was a Sunday and we wanted to have a beer with a meal. Upon arrival the staff didn't even acknowledge or recognize us and they weren't super busy. Three individuals at the bar and 1 table with 4 people on the inside. We wanted to sit outside if possible, as we saw tables and people having a meal (3 tables) out back when we parked. Staff seemed stressed and frenzied about having to clean a table for us and we literally waited 5 minutes inside before they had time to go outside. We even said if it's too much trouble we'll sit inside, no biggie, we're flexible. The staff cleared the dishes from the table and started to wipe the table then walked away. Left the spray bottle on the table and never said a word to us didn't say have a seat I'll be right back or hey give me a minute I'll be right back, nothing..... We stood there on the back deck waiting for about 10 minutes. No greeting, no communication. We opted to leave down the back deck stairs. I can't imagine it even bothered them that they lost customers. I wouldn't waste my time stopping here. The area of the PA Grand Canyon is beautiful and inspiring! Can't let anyone with a bad attitude and poor customer service impact the positive experience of visiting the area. The owner/manager should be concerned.... We are cash paying customers excited about trying new local places who appreciate good service and good food and tip generously! Bad service has a lasting impact....We're likely to visit the area again as there is so much to do that we enjoy, just won't visit Vinny's Bar Grill....

When staff see people walking into a dining area...AKNOWLEGE them immediately! Or put a bell on the door becuz ya can't see the entrance behind a wall! We had to walk by 2 bathrooms, and the men's room was wide open! Both stunk of old urine, very dirty! The bar of 7 possible seats had maybe 3 ppl sitting at it. Another couple sat in the dining area, minutes after we (4) did. The bartender/ waitress was slow and didn't announce what they were out of. She Didn't remember the sweetener or lemon for the ice tea while my guest was ordering, 10 min passed when she brought it. The food was good though, kudos for the cook! The atmosphere was typical and welcoming, Use a smaller lunch menu if ya waitress can't handle 6 guests!

Great bar with great food and most importantly, ice cold beer. We’ll be back for sure for those wings and the BLT was excellent.

Great people, strong drinks, friendly service our favorite place in Coudersport!

The food is consistently amazing. We got the wings appetizer sampler. Good stuff
