A 4 of encouragement for the kitchen. the flavors, the quality are well there, attention to cooking the foie gras and the knight omble a little too cooked, presentation of the crêpe cream chiboust too simplistic that blew the cream and makes it fall back, yet the flavor is well there. Arrived at 12:15, exit at 15:00. Placing with a visual on the whole room, we noticed that the dishes arrived very slowly by the dish.
