Excellent shipping! Arrived fast and properly packed with dry-ice, all the raw food was still very frozen when it arrived. However, my pups (Shepsky and Jindo-mix) have been on a raw diet for over a year and they won't eat this food. We tried Chicken, Turkey, and Beef… they won't eat any of it. View all feedback.

This company‘s customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone and when emailing them asking them to call you back they do not. Their website is not user-friendly. They will not let you have payments come out on specific days if you need to do so. View all feedback.

This is the best raw pet food around. I have been feeding it for about 5 years and have seen a huge difference in my pet's coats, weight and energy level. I use the freeze dried Steve's when we are on vacation as it is easier to store when we are away from home. Great products!
This is the best pet food you can feed your dog or cat. Look for YouTube by vet, Dr. Becker, to understand why. My dog (rescue) is so healthy now. UPDATE: 9/9/2020 My order for May cost $66.50 total. Exact same order the next time I ordered in August was $118.16, an increase of $51.66. Something's not right folks. The food has gone up by just over $5.00 a bag, but the shipping has skyrocketed. I don't understand why. Is it going to stay like this?
I have just them for years!!!! But this last website update has ruined the ease and purpose of using them. The food great quality. The people when u have an issue is like Amex or Ritz Carlton on customer experience. This new website has sent food to the wrong address, they corrected. The new voicemail does not allow you to leave a message just asks for an extension at which zero extensions work. The new website has been awful. Why you may ask well I am glad you did.
