So impressed with this store! They forgot one item in our order, so we called and discussed a refund. Instead, they brought us the missed item AND the refund. Above and beyond service right here. Always the nicest delivery people too. View all feedback.

If zero was an option, I'd give zero starsI had to call the manager to inquire on where my order was.
HORRIBLE. My experience with this particular Papa John's was so astonishingly unprofessional that I will NEVER EAT PAPA JOHNS PIZZA AGAIN. My family and I ordered worth of their food, waited for an hour and a half, and then received a call from the delivery person stating that, [He] couldn't find/get to my house, and that I should call the store manager because he was already onto another delivery I call the manager, who refused to give me her name, then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I was stunned. I wrote corporate, spoke to the store owner, but never received a sincere apology from either. Spend your money elsewhere this establishment, to be blunt, sucks.

I like the pizza from Papa John's- thats why i keep ordering from this place, but it keeps getting worse and worse with everything else. My main issue is that it seems as if they are not truthful with delivery times AT ALL. I ordered a pizza froma locale 1.3 miles from where i was, the person who took my order was very nice and polite, and told me that my pizza wouldarrive in 40 to 45 minutes. That is okay, I normally expect a 30 min+ wait. One hour and 15 minutes later, I still hadn'treceived the pizza. I called the line dedicated to Previously Placed Orders- to which i received no answer, just a hang up. Icalled once more, same thing. I called the Make an Order Line, asking if perhaps they could help me, the person explained thatthere was nothing they could do, and they transferred me to the other line once again. Back on the Previously Placed Ordersline, the line rung for a moment, before the call hung up. I called the Previously Placed Order Line again, this time, the callpicked up, but I was placed on hold. I waited for around 10 minutes in the hold. I actually hung up and was about to call theManager line, but my pizza arrived. In all, I waited nearly 2 hours for a medium pizza when I was told it would take less thanhalf that time. I wouldn't find this as big of a problem if I had been told that it would take x amount of time FROM THEBEGINNING. Not only is this about being realistic, but I would not have placed the pizza had I known that it would take nearly 2hours. PLEASE be clear and realistic about the time it takes to deliver the pizza. This isn't the driver's fault or the cooksor anyone's specifically, I believe that this might be an issue with policy or something, because i have ALWAYS been told 35-45minutes or so for the wait, and there have been previous instances when they go over the time, but NEVER as much as thistime. PLEASE make getting help easier.
They wanted to charge me an additional $10 for them to only put onions on half of a supreme pizza. This place is run by 12 year olds who don?t understand basic concepts.
