Was Jesús Sotelo at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
Great service, friendly, good time when food arrived, drinks never expired. I only had problems with the hosts. When I sat, she put my daughter and me at an open table. So I asked for a stand. I was with my 7-year-old. She got a setting and snuffed the menus. When we set ourselves, it was a great mommy/daughter date. The story cannot ruin it and our server any more than it does. I hardly ever give bad reviews. BUT, The steak was grizzly and chewy. It tasted like a piece of roast with no flavor. Dirty rice had no flavor. Sweet potato tasted old and had no flavor. The door and windows were filthy. Our table was sticky. Restroom stunk and was dirty. Our server was friendly. View all feedback.

We stopped here to get the great salad buffet and it did not disappoint in that. However, the cleanliness of our table wasn't up to 5 stars. They also brought all 5 dishes out at different times. My order was actually forgotten but the manager did not change me for it. On the way to the bathroom I saw three waitresses huddled together talking and in their cell phones. Thankfully our waitress was very attentive and kept our glasses more than full.
For a chain, Ruby Tuesday's has GOT to be one of the worst, seriously. In hindsight, I should have gone to the Taco Bell across the street. The broccoli cheese soup tasted watered down and weak. And looking at the liquid portion in the corner of the square bowl it was served in, I think it was. The parmesan shrimp was passable. But again, the flavors were all so weak mellow, it makes me think they are trying to cater to old people. The beer selection.....ugh. If you want to see what the physical incarnation of mundane hopelessness looks like, ask for the beer selection. There is nothing, NOTHING special or attractive about their beer selection or in general, the restaurant. It gets two stars because the bartender was friendly. This will be my LAST time visiting a Ruby Tuesday's.
Served my dinner date way before me so we ate at separate times..... so much for a dinner together! I also ordered the 6 oz steak which came out about the size of a sausage patty! Good thing I wasn't starved!!! The waitress was nice and attentive though.
