The first time at bb jacks this afternoon. during the afternoon not busy hours to avoid mass as reviews warn of long waiting times when busy. chicken and steak. fries and tater dead crispy and not fat! wings were also very good and I appreciated getting ranch and sellerie without asking or being extra charged. pizza was okay, nothing special. I personally don't have a big fan of thin crust. food prices altogether good. playroom a bit expensive, but what arcade is not. our son really enjoyed the variety of games. the price range was the most disappointing thing of the game room that only few options to see from trying to choose from when 3k points.

We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Came in at 5:15, ended up ordering at 6:30. Took forever and we didn't even order food, just appetizers before we left. Horrible experience. My kids were so upset. I hope you're proud of your business.
