Description

Overall, the cafe at this combined bike shop and cafe seems to have mixed reviews. Some customers have had negative experiences with unfriendly staff and lackluster customer service. On the other hand, many have praised the great coffee offered and the unique combination of bikes and cafe treats. There seems to be a divide when it comes to customer service, with some feeling unwelcome while others received friendly and helpful service. The atmosphere is popular among cyclists, with a focus on coffee and cycling adventures. The cafe may need to work on ensuring consistent and welcoming service to all customers.

Simply an excellent cup of coffee. No frills, no attitude, no big wait…just great coffee in a mug enjoyed on an outside seat with a view of the market.

I passed through Tetbury and decided on a coffee pit stop. Veloton was quiet but looked an interesting combination of bikes and coffee. I had a small and nicely flavoured coffee. I sat outside on the not too busy street. The owner was good to deal with and thanked me again as I left.

Lovely cycle shop in the centre of Tetbury. If nothing else it serves great coffee. Bike shop well set out. This week when we visited (15th September) they have a 10% sale on everything (still on). Seeing as some of these top-end bikes retail at £4k big savings to be had. Plenty of bikes, clothing and accessories to look at.

Good coffee in a proper mug, featuring popular biking routes. We were lucky enough to get one featuring Alpe d'Huez I don't bike, but I do ski! Very accommodating of alternative milks, and was nice to sit in the sun on the chairs at the front of the shop.

We popped into Tetbury following a visit to the Mary Howard Chrustmas fair. We were looking for a coffee and happened upon this little coffee/bike shop. I think that the owner was a little overwhelmed by four chatty Welsh ladies calling in. We had four large cups of lovely coffee and we proceeded to bombard him with Welsh wit and humour. He welcomed the banter and we left having had a lovely coffee break. Fabulous for cyclists and non cyclists alike. Call in you won't be disappointed
