This is a gem in the Cotswolds which is my go to place when I’m down. You can eat there quite regularly and taste different dishes each time. Today it was the pig’s cheek following by the ever excellent fish and chips. Nice pint of beer to wash it all down. The only pity was that I was driving. As always, the service was excellent friendly and efficient. View all feedback.

No friendly greeting on arrival. Blunt cutlery. Suspect ‘roast’ potatoes had been deep fried. Modern dining room aesthetics do nothing to soften the noise level from diners’ conversations. View all feedback.
Celebrating my Mum's birthday my wife found this amazing pub when searching online. Food and service are amazing, would highly recommend.
The restaurant welcomed us warmly with tastefully decorated tables that were well spaced. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place.
This pub is our preferred spot in the area for meeting up with old friends. It has been run by the same management for 14 years and is situated in a charming village setting.
We had the best meal of our holiday at this restaurant. The food was splendid and everyone enjoyed it. Even the Fish and Chips were done superbly. The service was also excellent.
