I will not be using this service again.

I ordered pizza and informed the restaurant over the phone that there was a road closure with a diversion in place. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I c... read more I ordered pizza and informed the restaurant over the phone that there was a road closure with a diversion in place. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called and was told that the delivery driver was on his way. After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I called again only to be told that the driver had returned because he couldn't access the closed road. My children are extremely hungry and I am very upset. I cannot adequately express our disappointment and frustration with this situation.

I waited 2 n half hours for the delivery, the driver was lush mind so couldn’t take my hangry behaviour out on him...I’m not a monster. The garlic bread was like a brick as it had gone cold, couldn’t salvage so I’m already savage (understandably surely) the pizza was soggy as anything and cold. The only saving grace was my Rio was as it said on the tin. Full marks for Rio. Complained (very politely) once the initial devastation and betrayal had worn off, ask for a refund for this catastrophic order and didn’t get anything back. So that being said....I’m sorry to say don’t bother.
