This restaurant is amazing for dining. They offer a wide variety of vegan and gluten free options, and the food is delicious. I was thrilled to finally have tofu again after not having it for a while. We tried a vegan tofu salad and a vegan tofu curry sandwich, and both were really tasty. It was also great to see that they have vegan mayo available.

This restaurant is one of the few places we came across that offers vegan mayo for their sandwiches. I tried the curry tofu sandwich, and it was really delicious! They also collaborate with a vegan bakery that provides bread and pastries, which you can purchase from a wooden box located outside the restaurant.

After finding that other restaurants in the city were closed, we ended up at The Substation. They have clearly labeled vegetarian options and are knowledgeable about vegan choices. All bread is made in-house and is vegan. The menu includes sandwiches and salads with tofu, as well as protein options like hummus, falafel, and a lentil burger. Their subs come with a choice of fries or salad. They offer craft beer on tap and in bottles. Additionally, they sell bread, baked goods, nut butter, and spreads.

We had no luck at other restaurants in town (since everything else was closed) so we ended up at Sub's Station. They have clearly marked vegetarian dishes and are familiar with vegan options. We loved the atmosphere, service and food at this sweet restaurant in a popular town. I had a salad with falafels and my partner had the lentil burger with some hot chips. It was all so yummy. The salad came with a dressing with Passionfruit . Very nice!!
