There is a young lady 7/22/22 of the name Edith and she was brilliant. In order to be full of customers and understaff, the only staff there worked very well under pressure cleaning, cooking and taking orders and served with excellent customer service. Edith did not crack under pressure, it was very expressive to see quality properly and efficiently. Great job!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Flame Broiler:
0 hygienic, the guy wore the same gloves for all the time, touched the screen with them, opened door with them and then pressed on the food to make it fit. This was one of the most disgusting places I have eaten so far!.
The hygiene here was extremely lacking. The staff member wore the same gloves throughout, using them to touch the screen, open doors, and then even press on the food to make it fit. This has been one of the most unsanitary dining experiences I've ever had!
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on July 22, 2022, and I want to give a special shout-out to a young lady named Edith. She was outstanding! Despite the restaurant being busy and understaffed, she demonstrated incredible skill and composure. The limited staff worked diligently under pressure, handling cleaning, cooking, and taking orders while providing excellent customer service. Edith was particularly impressive, as she managed everything without breaking a sweat. It was refreshing to see such quality and efficiency in action. Great job, team!
The woman working there appeared to be struggling, possibly with mental health issues or substance use. They were out of steak, white rice, and vegetables, which was disappointing. Additionally, half of the soda machine was out of order. I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
Very fast service. The food is simple, delicious and fillable. The tofu and vegetable option is ideal for vegans. They have a beautiful seating area in the indoor and outdoor areas. Great place to take a quick lunch on a working day.
Employee (Luisa) gave horrible customer service! When we arrived it was complete empty and she seemed bothered to see customers arrive. She literally rolled her eyes as she was walking to the register. Based on her tone and attitude it seems like she hates her job.
