What Matthew doesn't like about Sur La Table South Coast Plaza:
Purchased an item online and went to return the item in the store. Lady at the register wouldn’t take it because the purchase date was past 30 days but the date I received it was within 30. Their policy goes off the purchase date, which is absurd. I called customer service soon after and they emailed me a prepaid return level. What a joke. View all feedback.
