We ordered the 8-piece omakase and a hand roll, and also asked for Tomo's recommendations for some extra fish. He had two live shrimp left, which he made into nigiri and fried the heads. It was absolutely delightful! If you're in the Costa Mesa area and love sushi, you absolutely need to visit this place. I highly recommend it—10/10!
